Ngosa Mulenga Simachela leads the employment and employee disputes portfolio of the firm. She has successfully defended numerous claims against leading banks, manufacturers, the leading Milling Company in Zambia and other corporate clients. Ngosa has also advised on wills and estates, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and drafted employment contracts on behalf of clients. Ngosa is a graduate of the University of Zambia with a Bachelor of Laws Degree and is a trained Investment Advisor under the Lusaka Stock Exchange. She is also an Alumnus of the Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance, Emerging African Leaders Program housed at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. Ngosa is currently serving as the Vice-President of the Law Association of Zambia.
