Mable Chakoleka specialises in corporate and commercial advisory, litigation, family law, regulation and compliance and corporate insolvency. Mable has amassed a wealth of experience in conducting legal due diligence and regulatory compliance for both local and international clients in various areas of practice. She has conducted various legal due diligences for some of the leading international finance lending institutions. Mable has also provided company secretarial services to a leading Bank and Chemical Company in Zambia. She has recently been the key person advising a leading finance lending institution in the United Kingdom, on a US$ 3 million lending facility to a local microfinance institution. Mable has also been part of the team negotiating a Shareholders Agreement and other Agreements involving the Government of Zambia and a Mining Investment Company. She has played a key role in a public interest litigation matter touching on environmental law. Mable was admitted to the Bar in 2012 and has been with Nchito & Nchito since her admission. She possesses a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Zambia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting. Mable also has a diploma from Rhema Bible Training Centre, where she acquired skills in principles of excellence, leadership and master planning. She is a member of the Law Association of Zambia, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association and the International Bar Association.
