Kaponda is an Associate at the firm, having joined in 2022 as a Learner Legal Practitioner. Kaponda’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, employment disputes, debt claims, corporate advisory, out of court settlements, regulatory compliance and taxation related matters.

He advises corporate and individual clients on commercial disputes, contractual obligations, and statutory compliance, and has experience drafting commercial agreements, pleadings, interlocutory applications, and appellate submissions. He also provides legal opinions on statutory interpretation, risk management, and enforcement strategy.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Cavendish University Zambia and is a member of the Law Association of Zambia and an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia.
