Dhozinta Mphuka is an associate at Nchito & Nchito Advocates. She is involved in litigating commercial disputes, debt claims, employment matters, and land disputes. Her experience extends to commercial transactions, having worked in corporate advisory, competition, regulatory law, conveyancing, mergers and acquisitions. She has previously assisted clients with regulatory compliance across a wide range of sectors, including insurance, fintech and manufacturing. Dhozinta has impeccable research and drafting skills and pays attention to detail. She is also an animal welfare activist and avid reader. Dhozinta is a member of the Law Association of Zambia and an advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia. She has an LLB (Commercial Law) from the University of Zambia and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (Commercial Law) at the University of Zambia.
